I’m in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, etc.) through Alma, which processes all insurance claims. While some plans may cover couples counseling, insurance requires an individual diagnosis and treatment plan specific to that diagnosis. Because relationship-focused counseling doesn’t always meet these requirements, coverage can be limited, and self-pay may be required. I’m happy to verify your benefits and discuss the best options for your needs.
