Meet Rachael

Hi there! I'm Rachael Lindberg (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Certified Sexologist.

Recovering perfectionist

Aspiring good-enough-ist

I aim to meet clients with an empathetic heart and gratitude for sharing their vulnerability with me. I encourage the healthy development of effective problem-solving, shame-resilience, empowerment, and well-being.

I have experience working with adults in individual and couples counseling in university, private practice, and telehealth-based organizations.

When I am not in session, I enjoy traveling, playing with my two pups, reading domestic suspense novels, and trying new restaurants with my husband.

Look out for Charlotte, my cockapoo, who is often on the couch behind me during telehealth sessions to also provide you with emotional support!
