Sex Education

I can provide comprehensive sex education to help you gain a better understanding of your body and explore various options for lubricants, toys, and proper sexual health care. I prioritize your comfort and aim to create a safe and supportive environment for you to learn and grow and become empowered in your sexuality.

Touch & Affection

I help couples increase physical affection and intimacy through non-demand touch. Sensate focus therapy creates a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore and strengthen your physical relationship to reduce sexual pressure with touch and build deeper, more meaningful connections with your partner(s).

Please note that sex therapy is talk therapy only with a focus on communication. It does not involve sexual contact or physical touch with the therapist. Rachael Lindberg, LPC will not respond to inappropriate consult requests.

While I work primarily with women and couples, I do not specialize in treating men's sexual concerns, such as delayed or early ejaculation, performance anxiety, or erectile dysfunction. If you're seeking support in these areas, I’m happy to provide a trusted referral to a specialist who can help.

Insurance Accepted

I’m in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, etc.) through Alma, which processes all insurance claims. While some plans may cover couples counseling, insurance requires an individual diagnosis and treatment plan specific to that diagnosis. Because relationship-focused counseling doesn’t always meet these requirements, coverage can be limited, and self-pay may be required. I’m happy to verify your benefits and discuss the best options for your needs.
